The Pipeline: November 2026
The forward ledger of major defense contracts approaching recompete: $449B across 1,212 contracts through October 2028, two deadlines that both land on November 6, and the sixteen rows that left the board this month without a single competition behind them.
A $5.9 billion Navy shipbuilding contract sat on last month's board with an end date of March 2028.
Pull it this morning and the record says it ended in March 2026. Both surfaces agree, and neither one of them is arguing.
Between April 30, 2027 and October 17, 2028, $449.3 billion of Department of Defense prime-contract value reaches its current end of period. The board holds 1,212 contracts.

It lost 19 contracts and gained $5.2 billion since the last edition. 128 rows joined and 147 left.
So the board got smaller and richer in the same month, which tells you the churn is not happening where the money is.
