If you scraped Monday's board into your pipeline tracker, you are carrying an award that does not exist.
Tuesday's announcements close with a single line of housekeeping: the $27,408,016 contract awarded to the University of New Mexico on Aug. 24, FA9453-26-C-X021, was not awarded.
No explanation, no replacement entry. It ran, and then it didn't.
That is the whole problem with treating the 5pm board as a database. It is a press release with a correction policy, and the correction shows up on a different day than the thing it corrects.
